Day3 – part 2

To many appointments and too little time. But at least my step goal was completed. Although there was not really a lot more movement then that. The bare minimum.


But i did by fitbit aria (named it monster) for keeping up with weight and bodyfat %. So now that i used this months fun money on something not fun i really, really, really have to see this thing through.

And then i enduldged… In coca cola, snickerscake, lays chips, tidbits and… tempura scampi salad. Oh my god! No sugar and salty chips since thursday last week (not minding the cakes at lunch this week). So i cracked wide open and enjoyed my self while resting of the sorness from tuesday and wednesday.
